Some very interesting points:
- WWE talent relations gave Chris Benoit four months off after he said he was having a very difficult time and needed some time off to go home.

- Main eventers can make between $150,000 to $200,000 per pay-per-view event. They can also make up to $1,000,000 at a WrestleMania event.
It's pretty funny when she calls Hogan a terrible wrestler and then attempts to backtrack because she knows this will be released to the public.

I found that interesting, too. You know somewhere Hogan is seething about that comment.

Said Chris Benoit was supposed to be ECW champion, but "didn't show up at the pay-per-view because he was dead."

Gee, Steph, you think?

"I mean we have a guy right now that is a really big, fat, bloppy guy. I mean, that's the only, really, way to describe him; and I shouldn't say his name now because it's going to be on record. He is a spectacle. He is an attraction. There are some attractions that we certainly look for in our business. I mean, we have a giant, a giant colleague right now. We have a midget ‐‐ a little person, sorry."

Pretty damn obvious:
A. Big Daddy V
B. The Great Khali
C. Hornswoggle

"Steph: Our champion on SmackDown right now, Batista, is also a
good‐looking guy, and he is more of the ‐‐ more of the bigger kind
of kick‐your‐ass‐type guy. Excuse my language again.
Mr. Leviss: This is Congress. We can take it."

I never quite saw what WWE's interest was in bringing Big Daddy V back into WWE. The guy was incredibly out of shape and could hardly perform in the ring. His only real offense was his size and didn't really have much to offer in the sense of athletic ability. Then again, the Great Khali is still under contract and he can't do **** in the ring.

Neither of those guys can work well, but as Steph mentioned, they are spectacles. As is Hornswoggle. As were guys like Andre the Giant, Yokozuna, and Zach Gowen.

But at least one of those could do stuff in the ring.

I might be mistaken, but is TNA Genesis on tonight? I'd be interested in reading those results considering Jarrett is taking on Angle.

Looks like the TNA guys just traveled to Tokyo to take on New Japan. Team 3D won the IWGP Tag Team Championships while the Motor City Machineguns won the Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Titles.

Pretty cool.

It's next Sunday.

And Lord, what a terrible card.

Sting vs. Rhino for the championship? Awesome Kong vs. Christy Hemme? Mick Foley, A.J. Styles, and D'von Dudley vs. Kevin Nash, Scott Steiner, and Booker T?

And let's not forget Jeff Jarrett vs. Kurt Angle, whose storyline has featured numerous shots at Jarrett's recently deceased wife.

Who the **** would pay 30 bucks for that ****?

That is a pretty awful card. I was really only interested in the Jarret vs. Angle match. With Jarrett being the founder of the company, I am shocked as to how he does not have veto power or something to put an end to these comments against his wife. It's disgusting.

Back to the entrance music.

Edge's is awesome.

And how about Austin's? When that glass shatters... man, that'll sometimes give you chills.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned Hogan's theme music. It was rather cliche, but everytime that music starts, fans always go nuts. I've seen Hogan twice and he's gotten the loudest pops I've ever heard.

So Raw is tonight. Anyone have any thoughts, perdictions, theories? CM Punk faces Regal for the IC Title tonight which could be a classic match between two great wrestlers. Rey Mysterio and Kofi Kingston face the Miz and John Morrison; and Santino and Beth Phoenix face Goldust and Melina.

Oh, Kelly Kelly takes on Jillian which will be a useless match. No other matches have been announced but I'm sure there will be stuff going on with Orton, Cena, Jericho and the backlash of what happened after last week's fatal four way in which HBK just gave up the match for JBL to win.

I've read sources saying Jeff Hardy and Christian are backstage tonight.

With TNA taking Christian's profile off their web page this weekend, I expect him to show up anytime now.

Damn. Why would Jeff, a Smackdown star, be at Raw, though? I'd love to see him on Raw and see Christian re-debut tonight, but it'd make no sense.

Watching Raw in HD for the first time. Wow...

Yeah, we just got USA HD here a few weeks ago, and I think two Mondays ago was the first time I got to watch Raw on it. Very nice.

Speaking of very nice, I thought this Miz/Morrison pairing was some desperation pairing to provide another team, but they're really good at this tag team stuff. I thought it might bring down Morrison; instead, it's lifted up Miz.
