Is anyone else besides me getting this security prompt on SportsJournalists.com? I'm beginning to wonder if we haven't been hacked again.

Got one today, got one last night. I was wondering the same thing.

Same here. It only happens on certain threads. Maybe one of these ads is setting off a security alarm based on browser settings.

I've been getting the error message saying that I'm trying to connect to action.yda.org but the security certificate belongs to secure.democracyinaction.org

It only happens on certain threads and certain pages of those threads at differing times.

It happened just a few minutes ago and when I tried going back into the thread to see if I could figure out whose picture or avitar might be causing it, I didn't get the message. So I don't know what's going on.

yda.org is Young Democrats of America (or something very similar to that)

I can't remember if I was getting this before installing the ad-block plug-in on Firefox or not.

The same thing happened to me yesterday, on certain threads (not today, yet). I guess one particular member here was/is causing this?

Just figured it out. Freelance Hack's signature picture is from yda.org and for some reason the security signature there is from a different site and that's triggering the alert we're all getting.

I hope someone sends him a PM so this mess can be sorted out.

I got it to when I clicked on a thread (can't remember which one).
More than likely, its coming from a photo someone posted

I'm not getting it, but I am using Firefox with the ad blocker. I'm curious if the people who are getting these prompts are using other browsers.

I have a little bitty guy inside my computer drawing by hand all the web pages I view. Not a very up-to-date web "browser" although the little guy gets paid better than me.

I got it using Firefox at home with ad blocker. As soon as it popped up on a page, I said "ok" to continue and accept the security certificate. Then I checked everyone's picture on that page and that's how I figured out whose picture it was.

Apparently, I was the instigator of this. My apologies to the board.

It was a good picture, unfortunately the domain that was hosting it was messed up.
