The Williamson Daily News is looking for an energetic, self-motivated person to take responsibility for its sports department. Person must have basic knowledge of a wide variety of sports, especially those in which southwestern West Virginia and eastern Kentucky high school students participate. Experience is a must in this position, and although a bachelor's degree in journalism, communication, English or a related field is desired, experience will be considered as an alternative. Williamson is the deep south of West Virginia, bordering Belfry Ky. It is as backwoods as it gets, but it used to be a pretty decent place to work.
I knew one of the old SE's, who was a really nice guy.
