The Washington Times is seeking an experienced designer to join the Universal Desk as Layout Editor.
Successful candidates will design and edit news, features and sports pages. They will also edit, post and update stories and multimedia content for digital platforms.
Candidates must be creative, versatile, organized and adaptable, and must possess strong copy editing skills and web comprehension to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Candidates are expected work collaboratively with section editors and other editors on the Universal Desk. Night and weekend hours are required.
