Reminds me of a story on teen pregnancy I did Back In The Day.

Our paper's county had a sky high rate, though we weren't quite as high as another (equally bum****) county in the state.

I got a quote from the health department rep that was something along the lines of, "It [our super-high teen pregnancy rate] speaks to the fact that we're a rural area and there's not a lot of other youth activities."
