Twins sequel coming, starring Eddie Murphy...

I apologize if this has been mentioned somewhere else, but I'm listening to Schwarzenegger on the Nerdist Podcast and he said the Twins sequel will be called "Triplets" and Eddie Murphy will play the third brother.

Sounds like a great idea, if this was 25 years ago...

This was announced a few years ago.

I personally think it's silly to get all worked up over stuff like this. It's a blatant money-grab, but it's profitable because there IS an audience for it.

No one is forcing you to go see it.

We had a thread like this a couple months ago with about the same title. As was pointed out many many times (and again here sort of by Creosote), just because one of these movies gets made hardly means Hollywood is out of ideas. 2013 was by all accounts the best year for movies in a long long stretch.

I just cringe every time I hear about a TV show being made into a movie or a sequel being made to a film that came out 20+ years ago.

Nothing in the entertainment world, or possibly the whole world, makes me more angry than the idea that "Girls" exists and that some people actually like it.

But, I move on. It's a big world.

Could not agree more about Girls...

I'll change the title of the thread. I'm not worked up about it coming. I laughed when I heard Schwarzenegger talking about it because my immediate thought was "Wow, this would have been a great idea 25 years ago."
