Top individual performances

Since there's a top games thread I thought I'd start a top individual performance one. Mine is Gerry McNamara carrying Syracuse to the Big East Tourney Title. That kid put his team on his back, hit two huge shots in the first game and did it at the biggest stage in sports MSG.

Vince Young vs USC. He simply would not be stopped, with out Vince Texas gets blown out in the first quarter. Runner up, Vince Young vs THE OHIO STATE UNIVERSITY at the horseshoe.

That's pretty good, though I think I read somewhere about Dwyane Wade curing the common cold.
