Play, or don't. You have free will.

1. Who is the only NFL quarterback to throw a touchdown pass to himself in an NFL game? (Drew Bledsoe did it in college, hence the disclaimer).

2. Who is the only service academy graduate to score a touchdown in the Super Bowl?

3. Who is the only major-league player two hit two home runs in the same inning twice?

4. Who was the last AL pitcher to get a base hit before the DH went into effect?

5. What is the last Ivy League school to win a college bowl game?

3. Roberto Alomar (though I doubt this very much)

5. Brown

1. Steve Young?

2. Roger Staubach - that just seems too easy.

3. Mark "Hittin" Whitten?

Without looking it up, is the answer to No. 2 Roger Staubach (Navy)?
I think No. 4 is like Hoyt Wilhelm or Jim Kaat.
And for some reason, I think the answer to No. 1 is Brett Favre.

2- I am going with Phil McConkey. That guy had to score a td in one of those super bowls. He's from Navy.

I think No. 3 is Fernando Tatis.

2. Napolean Kaufman? Stupid, stupid, but I could have sworn he played at Navy. But it seems like it was a defensive touchdown and then the best guess would be that DE from the Cowboys who played at Air Force

Favre completed his first pass to himself, but I don't think it went for a TD.

I believe that number 5 is Columbia. The Lions won the Rose Bowl in the '30s.

Chad Hennings?

He did. Caught a tipped pass in the end zone against the Broncos, if I remeber correctly.

3. Is it Mark Whiten? I know he hit four home runs and drove in 12 runs in a game once.

Napoleon McCallum played at Navy. Kaufman played at Washington.

To confirm the others that had the right answers:

1. Brad Johnson. Don't remember the year, just that after the game, he remarked he was happy he was able to give his fantasy football owners double the points.

2. McConkey scored in Super Bowl XXI.

It was a wild guess. I know when he did get on a tear, it was something. I thought he had two or more games like that.

He's in the George Bell HOF.

1. Brad Johnson is correct, against Carolina in 1997. He's also the only quarterback from an ACC school to win a Super Bowl.

2. Phil McConkey is right, vs. Denver in 1987. He is a graduate of the Unites States Naval Academy.

5. Columbia, which defeated Alabama in the 1933 Rose Bowl.

3 & 4 are still out there. 3 is a superstar, but 4 is an obscure guy.

Manny Ramirez just keeps popping into my head for #3. I have no reason why.
