He is the one who allowed the Knicks to make Stephon Marbury the face of the franchise, and that is the same face ... that was seen on the front pages of all the newspapers earlier this week smiling from ear to ear after speaking frankly about having sex with a Garden intern, an act that would be ethically repulsive even if there wasn't the small, inconvenient fact that Marbury happens to be married.

I'm just so sick of conservative New York newspaper columnists pushing their moral standards on me.

Arguably in a position more powerful than the CEO. Fewer NBA point guards than CEO candidates. Pay in the same bracket (salary + endorsements). I dunno.

The reason it's unethical for a CEO to sleep with an intern isn't the scarcity of CEOs or how much money they make. It's because the CEO has hire-and-fire power over that intern. I suppose you could argue that Stephon Marbury could probably get a Garden intern fired, but he's not formally over her in the chain of command.
