This is logical. But the Republican party position that right wing heretical Christianity trumps all other religions will win the case. This country would benefit from an actual persecution of Christians. Then we'd see who really believes in their faith. My guess is the evangelicals would be the first to welcome their new Godless overlords.

They're not inside and attached to another person. A human sacrifice affects another person that doesn't have any physical claim on the first person.

Also, there are some religions, or sects, that do approve of the right to choose an abortion.

It’s a freedom of speech case.

Kinda/sorta. The argument basically goes: "I make general food art for everybody over here, but then I have patron food art over here, and I can choose which commissions I want and I don't want to fulfill as the artist."

It's moronic, but whatever. Maybe it works. Quite the Christian witness, appealing for food prep rights in the biggest court of the land. We're really suffering for the cause.

Your analogy would work if they are making cakes with other religious deities on it. If they don't for anyone, then they're not discriminating.
