The smell in Carson, CA

It is horrific.
There is a bad sulfur-like smell eminating from somewhere in the city. Perhaps the river bed.

I took an alternate way home yesterday, and my mind was on autopilot. I smelled this overhelming, horrific odor on Del Amo Blvd, and realized I was in Carson.

My heart goes out the people who live there.

Any of the Gulf refinery/chemical plant towns are pretty damn awful. Texas City/League City, I remember as being particularly odoriferous. Houston's not far behind.
