Chris Elliott is the guy that I'm thinking about. He did a similar dance number in a movie.

The most annoying "comedic" actor in the history of film or TV.

He's ****ing terrible.

Did not see this movie. Considered it then remembered it's from the same guy who created "Family Guy," and came to my senses. Saw in the paper yesterday MacFarlane is considering making "Ted II." Really....?

How can you question making a sequel if you didn't see it?

I heard Alec Sulkin, who is Macfarlane's lead writer, on the Rich Eisen podcast earlier this week. He said he fully expects a sequel to happen, and that it will be half as good and make twice as much money.

Sequels are where you get paid in Hollywood, plain and simple.

Not going to disagree with you there, B_B. But nowadays, he is slipping into the upper end of a large pack of "comics" who could claim that prize. But yes, whenever I see him, I regularly try avoiding him.

That explains how I saw a story that The Hangover III is on its way. :(

No. For the love of God. Just no.

Saw "Ted" this weekend, laughed my ass off. My other takeaway: Norah Jones is absolutely steaming smokin' hot. I've always thought she was pretty, but she took it to another level in that film.

Glad someone else noticed.

She's been looking like that for a while now. There was a point where she went for a more "cosmopolitan" look, and she just exploded beauty-wise.

I thought "Ted" was alright. Found it to be considerably overhyped. The humor got old fast, the ending was a train wreck ... Like almost all movies, it was about 15-25 minutes too long. Dragged on for a bit.
