Can't remember if it was here that someone wrote that the movie goes downhill after the Norah Jones part, but it did. Still had me laughing most of the way. Even Mrs. OOP, who refuses to watch Family Guy, laughed a lot.

Perfect choice for the narrator and he nailed it.

No doubt it goes down after the Nora Jones part. I thought that whole part was a bit far-fetched, and ridiculous. But the final five minutes, when –– well, I won't ruin it –– but the final joke from Ted that gets Marky Mark, absolutely hilarious.

That was funny. Not sure you can complain about far-fetched and ridiculous in a movie about a teddy bear that magically comes to life, though.

At first glance, I thought it looked legendarily stupid. But now the ads are growing on me, and Wahlberg has a pretty good deadpan style to go with it.

Plus, Mila Kunis cures all ills.

I had no interest in seeing this until I found out it was from Seth McFarlane. Still wasn't hoping for too much.

But, it was funny as hell.

And, yeah, if I had known Mila Kunis was going to be in it, I would have seen it sooner. Love her.

Like when Teddy's shoots the fake jizz on himself -- and his eye immediately swells shut.

Or when he makes the Peter pose on the sofa when the two get engaged at the end.

Of the completely-on-purpose cliches Marky Mark is spouting during the car chase.

It was stupid and the movie falls apart at the end (I think Hangover's the only comedy of the last 10 years that doesn't suffer a sophomore album slump in the final third!) but it's worth seeing.

Now I think I'll go have a Greg Brewsinski.

I love Family Guy humor (although the show itself has taken a downturn in recent years), and really enjoyed this. I've never seen Flash Gordon, so that part was kinda lost on me, but I though the humor was consistently funny - even the Norah Jones part. "You don't know how many angry letters I've written to Hasbro."
It earns the hard-R and is uniformly offensive, but you should expect nothing less from Seth MacFarlane.

I think you're talking about the fishtank scene where Ted was pretending he was voicing one of the fishes inside.

Funny movie, but one thing I didn't care for was the Disney ending after Ted was, uh, injured. It brought a certain sappiness to a film that should have been all raunchy all the time.
