I didn't see a thread for the annual Battle for No. 66.

Kentucky and UNLV currently matching up in the 1990s Probation Bowl, hosted in what appears to be a converted shoebox.

Watching Big Blue mope up and down a home court with volleyball lines makes me giggly all over. Watching UAB squander all its talent one final time, not so much.

So that's what it would look like if Kentucky played in the America East.

Only one more hour until Wazzu spits the bit.

The Davidson game was pretty good. I enjoyed watching Curry go off, even if it wasn't in the big show.

They're playing at Memorial because Rupp is hosting the state high school tournament.

EDIT: State tourney begins tomorrow.

And yes, Memorial was Kentucky's home until 76.

Kentucky and UNLV in the NIT, Cleveland State in the NCAAs. Oh, what a world.

I was wondering why Big Blue and Vegas was in old Memorial Gym. I always wanted to see what it would be like to see an actual game in there, much like tOSU last year at St. John's Arena when the Boss was at Value City Arena.

Can someone please explain to George Mason's coach that when you have a 3-point lead with less than ten seconds to play, a foul prevents a game-tying 3-pointer........

It was awesome when Marquette played a NIT game at Mecca sometime in the late 90s/early 2000s when they still had the old Bucks floor from the late 70s/early 80s. This was before Mecca was remodeled for UWM.

A well-written column in today's San Antonio Express-News regarding Billy G. at Kentucky.

That makes two gyms I've played pick-up hoops games in that also hosted men's college basketball games.
