I don't understand the Geico Billy Jean King commercial with the caveman and it's frustrating because they show it all the time.

Why does the caveman think he's beating Billy Jean King if he has "yet to get a serve in"?

How did he not notice the Geico paraphernalia all around the stadium during the first three sets?
