I've been as big a critic of Scott as anyone, but I also wouldn't wish chemo on anyone.

Wow. That really sucks. It's hard to tell for certain from the story, but was he basically lucky to have an emergency appendectomy, because they wouldn't have discovered the cancer otherwise? In any case, that just really sucks. I hope things go well and relatively easily for him.

Reminiscent of the cameraman or photographer who got leveled and knocked unconscious by Tony Gonzalez. Guy went to the hospital to get checked out as a precaution and it was discovered he had a brain tumor. No idea how he has fared since then.

I loathe his schtick but I hope Stu gets better soon.

Not to sound like a homer, but he's very lucky he had the appendectomy in the hospital he did in Pittsburgh.
He'll be around a long, long time because of it.
