Strahan to retire

Just heard from a co-worker that Strahan has announced he's done. Reportedly Jay Glazer broke the story.

God I hope I'm not D_Bing, but is this story accurate and true?

If he does actually retire (and until paperwork is filed, I'll have doubts) and if Favre actually retires (same caveat), that would make for a fun day in Canton five years from now. I think it would be pretty cool to have them both go in at the same time.

Glazer had to break this story since he has been stuck up Strahan's ass for about 7 years.

Strahan told the Giants this morning before he talked to Glazer. He also texted some of his teammates before they began minicamp today.
