ROME - Vatican archaeologists have unearthed a sarcophagus believed to contain the remains of the Apostle Paul, buried beneath Rome's second-largest basilica.

The sarcophagus, which dates at least as far back as A.D. 390, has been the subject of an extended excavation that began in 2002 and was completed last month, the project's head said this week.

No, and he also wasn't a second-rate musician who joined The Time after Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis were kicked out by Prince.

If you play one of the tracks backward on "Abbey Road," a collection of post-modern Gregorian Chant by the Benedictine Monks at St. Joseph Abbey, you can clearly hear someone saying, "St. Paul is dead."

Yes - one from his wife telling us not to believe all the ***y contained in his letter to the ephesians claiming he is head of the household.

A dunning notice from Corinth because he tennis-shoe'd his hotel bill, and a short note from the Galatians telling him to **** off.

He had a picture of his daughter on him.

The full story goes on to say that the sarcophagus was found by an archaeologist named Henry Jones, Jr., who left the site in a state of considerable disrepair.

Maybe he shouldn't have used the jack hammer.

I thought this thread was going to be about Francis St. Paul.

(There is only one poster here who has a chance of getting this ...)

Not me, although I have heard of St. Francis Xavier. And St. Thomas Aquinas.
