This one looks bad. Some 12,000 homes are under evacuation orders and some major freeways are closed.

The line that got me was people were standing on sidewalks not sure what to do.

Not good. It's October in SoCal. It's prime fire season with the Santa Anas blowing. Went through a lot of those when I lived/grew up out there.
