The middle school dance video was fun, but I could tell they definitely copied some of the beats from "Twin Bed."

How tall is the Please Don’t Destroy guy? I never realized he was a giant.
Conan is listed at 6-4, so just about.

Caught up with the post-Update stuff, since I didn't have it in me to stay up for the closing stretch. There was some good stuff. Sabrina and Veronika were great as the singing washer/dryer, and the office sketch with Ashley was fun just for the breaking.

And great idea to give Martin Herlihy his own vehicle to run with.

Overall, a really good episode. Sabrina held pretty strong in her first solo appearance (thought she would from her time as a child actor), and it was a chance for Ashley and Veronika to carve their path as they rebuild the women's roster. Veronika also showed she had some pretty good pipes in the washer/dryer sketch.

Maybe a close #2 to the Poehler episode in the early going of Season 51.

Also, a cut segment from the dress rehearsal Update.

The Internet says Carpenter is 5 feet tall. That might be generous.

She was a good host. Buys in. Think she’ll be back often.
Show's my age, but I was raised on ABC's TGIF block, and I watched Disney's "Girl Meets World" (reboot/continuation of "Boy Meets World"), of which Sabrina was the best friend of the lead. She had great timing even then.

She's also the niece of Nancy Cartwright (aka Bart Simpson), so the chops run in the family.

I don't get the appeal of Sabrina Carpener. She feels like a wannabe Ariana Grande melded with Taylor Swift I dunno. I'm old. Just nothing new.

I think she's more akin to a pint-sized Dolly Parton right now. Yeah, she sings, but she's more of a throwback song-and-dance kind of entertainer. She seems destined to go back to acting in her late 20s, early 30s and playing comedic roles.
