Starman justice needed, ASAP.

Awful story.

(side note...Bayou La Batre is where Bubba Gump Shrimp is headquartered)

Not once has Starman justice ever been carried out. Starman justice is just a lot of hot air.

24 years ago, Gary Plauche starman'ed a guy who had been molesting his son. Shot him in the middle of the Baton Rouge airport.

Hmmm...really? Google "criminal gets his" and see what comes up. The problem is, we don't get Starman Justice actually applied frequently enough for it to be a deterrent.

So who here would vote for a candidate who promised Starman justice?

Starman's batting average sucks. Thread after thread, calls for "Starman justice".... It happened once, 24 years ago.

All talk, no action. That dude Starman is running purely on reputation.

MIAMI -- Upset that the toddler left in his care wouldn't stop crying, a 12-year-old Lauderhill, Fla., boy picked up a baseball bat and beat the little girl to death, police said.

"He became enraged ... because she made noise while he was trying to watch television," said Lauderhill police Lt. Mike Cochran.

The boy was believed to be a cousin of the victim, 17-month-old Shaloh Joseph, who died from multiple blows to the head, authorities said.

Even I wouldn't do that. There's a volume button for a reason, folks: So you don't beat your family to death.

Will he be tried as an adult?

I can't imagine a 12-year-old would be.

They'll probably just send him to juvie til he's 18.

From the same story: "In the new case, the 12-year-old boy is charged as a juvenile, but could later be charged as an adult."

states kill enough innocent people. i'd just as soon keep starman on deck.
