That's freakin' weird that seals and sea lions had been beaching themselves in the area. Or at least it seems weird to me, a confirmed inlander. I wonder how word gets around among the seals that it's beaching time.

From watching Shark Week, I know some sharkologists think people are more likely to be attacked when they're wearing black wetsuits. To the sharks, they look like seals.

This is strange. I read somewhere that sharks don't usually attack people who are in groups. It's usually somebody swimming by himself.
