Seth Davis is no Jay Bilas

While Jay Bilas does an excellent job of being a fair analyst despite is association with Duke, I guess I will now wonder about Seth Davis. <a href="http://www.850thebuzz.com/blog/?p=2759">

Duke fans are convinced everyone is out to get them, so they should thank their lucky stars that one member of the media is still holding it down for the ABCers. Seth Davis, a 1992 Duke grad and columnist for The Chronicle, was in town Monday as the featured speaker at the Council for Entrepreneurial Venture Conference. Think suits with big coin and investments. The conference took place at the Washington-Duke Inn and the investors-only dinner was held at Cameron. Obviously these investors must have been stoked to hear Davis, SI writer and CBS analyst, break down some of the NCAA Tournament. Instead, these investors at a conference with no relation to Duke were treated to something completely different and our spies were their to witness the interesting intro. To begin his speech, Davis stood up, mumbled something about ‘always wanting to do this’ and then proceeded to yell…

“F— Carolina”

And at that exact moment in time, DJ Stewy's eye skipped a beat.

DJ Stewy has never come close to being objective with regard to his alma mater as Seth Davis, that's for sure.
