I'm really glad I met Mrs. Whitman traditionally, before a significant percentage of this went online. You're just a sitting duck for psychos.

Yeah, my limited experience with dating sites is that they're driven by desperation (and insanity).

At last count, I knew of six marriages that came about through initial contact on SJ.com. I've fallen out of touch with some of the couples but I know at least four are still going very strong.

F eHarmony and Match. They got nothing on good ol' SJ.com.
