Wow. Never would have thought it. There were actually two Trixies. Jane Keene played the second one. She died in 2013 at the age of 90.

Kean was Trixie and Sheila MacRae played Alice when Gleeason revived The Honeymooners as part of his Saturday night variety show. That was more of a song-and-dance vehicle than the original sitcom. Kean and MacRae were well suited, as both had performed in Broadway musicals.

Kean was also Walter Winchell's mistress in the 1950s.
