not to speak ill of the dead, but I hope to God they bury him without that damn earing. Nothing has ever looked more out of place.

Walter Cronkite didn't have a problem with it. At least, that's what he allegedly told Jimmy Buffett who told Harrison Ford who told the story on Oprah years ago.

Heartbreaking. A true trailblazer, and a brilliant man. I knew he was ill, didn't realize how seriously.

I loved the earring.

RIP, sir.

Somehow Fox News got first dibs on interviewing Mike Wallace. The man's still a bit stunned at the rapidity of Bradley's passing, I think.

Probably because of his boy Chris.

I'm beginning to think Mike Wallace will out-live me.

Met Ed at a Neville Brothers show a few years back.
Extremely cool.
RIP

Wow. Weren't we just talking about some of Bradley's great work? And I mean recent stuff, too.

A damn fine reporter, and it's damn shame he's gone.

Heaven's newsroom just got a great addition. RIP

Damn that sucks. I didn't even realize he was sick. RIP.
