Of course, it being Thursday night, Inside is gonna be really tough to get through for them, but I'm sure they will because Ernie Johnson is such a pro. My only regret is that the doubleheader (Bulls-Bucks and Warriors-Knicks) isn't going to include Pop.

I admit to not watching a lot of NBA games on TV, but I think the tributes and the reputation really precede him.

I heard him tell the story of this. He was working for a radio station somewhere in the south. He decided he wanted to be there and the press box was full. So was the photographers well on the first base side. So he said he was in the well on the third base side by himself, with his tape recorder and microphone. When Aaron hit the HR, he just ran on the field and followed him to home plate with his microphone.
