One hell of a joyride in Richmond last night

Last night, a disgruntled National Guardesman in Virginia stole an armored personnel carrier and took it for a 2-hour joyride through Richmond. Looks like it turned into quite the police chase. They ended up tasing the guy (a lieutenant) when they took him into custody.
