She's not terrible looking for an older judge.

She's not hot by any means, but she's not terrible.

How far can I go with this without getting suspended here?

1.) Don't tell him to go f*** himself.

2.) Don't call him an asshole.

3.) Don't tell him to "choke on a bone."

And I was a sophomore or junior in college.

I like older gals.

I like how she charges them first for the $25 court cost and the $1 DNA fee.

Those are all fixed terms, if I'm hearing right. The point is if it's all concurrent or consecutive. Some of them are variable terms, but the robbery was 15/5 regardless.

Does this mean I won't have to see Fred Goldman ever again?

Sounds like he's getting the same deal as the first guy.

Goldman's sister sobbing in the courtroom.

If you mean ever again after the two months of him on Larry King harping about not getting the max/his money, then yes.

Sentenced to 18 years minimum by my count. Parole eligibility after 5 years.

According to Cossack, he'll go right back in on the other charges whenever he gets parole/serves the 15 because the sentences are consecutive.

How long would this thread have been by now if we were watching the 1995 verdict being read? ???

We would have all been on dial up. It would have taken forever.

Depends on how quickly you can do it and how fast it gets buried behind other posts. I'm about to go have lunch. I may take a while. It is Friday you know.

By my count

Minimum of 15... Parole in 5
Then...
Gun Charge Enhancement = 1.5-6 years
Assualt with a deadly weapon x 2 = 1.5-6 years

I'd say he'd probably be in jail 8-10...
