Yeah, breaking news from Radar Online, but I am a Stern fan, and the dogged reporting of Steve Langford from Howard 100 news precipitated this:

If this is true, let it be known that Howard 100 News not only reports on the latest porn star to ride the sybian machine. ;D

Dumbass. How can you report on an industry, while serving as a consultant in it? Boy between this dope and that Page Six writer who was trying to shake down that billionaire, they've got quite a sharp crew at the NY Post.

How could the Post not know he was doing consulting? I knew about that, and I don't even work in radio. I thought it was an odd arrangement, but sometimes papers make compromises when they hire people as stringers rather than staffers.

Hold up, the NYP didn't know that Mainelli works as a consultant?!?!! ****, if you google "radio consultants" you'll find Mainelli among the first ones there. Hell, the guy has a ****ing article in Talker's Magazine that identifies him as a mother ****ing consultant, and gives out his contact information.

Col Allan must be the dumbest, most unaware ****er in all of NYC. How long until he finds out that Bush is a Republican and that Mushnick is a grouch?

the n.y. post is an embarrassment to legit journalists everywhere. what a joke. their sports guys continually have to try to distamce themselves from this bull. >:( >:( >:(

Technically, you can't fire a freelancer -- since they aren't on staff.

I'm also a huge Stern fan and it was clear from this guy's column that he was a walking conflict of interest...

Did we ever think we'd see the day where a newsman who is on Stern's payroll got a journalist fired?

Great stuff...
