Kristin Chenoweth (a board fave) has a Christmas album coming out. She was on one of the late-night shows recently plugging it.

And if I didn't already adore her, the fact she's 40 and dating a 25-year-old iced it. :D

Saw Chenoweth in Wicked a few years back. She's as talented as she is cute.

Dreidel, Dreidel, Dreidel

-- Kyle B., from You Know Where

I may put this on a Special Edition - but it's my ass if I put that on the main one.
Jesus. I'm trying to get some work done here and I'm laughing my ass off.

Need to be on the list. It'd be an honor.

God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen -- Barenaked Ladies with Sarah MacLachlan. Quite possibly the most beautiful Holiday song ever.
I'd bet this one is on a previous Moddy Mix, so I'll suggest an alternative from Barenaked for the Holidays instead - Elf's Lament, featuring Michael Buble.

The Jewish portion of my family would laugh like hell. The others would break the CD into pieces and then try to shove all the pieces up my ass. One at a time.
Some folks just have no humor about 'em.

OK, first off, the greatest song ever for this time of year is good ole Andy Williams with "Happy Holiday"
To quote the great Nelson Muntz, I didn't think he'd do "Moon River," but then -- bam! --
second encore!"

Also, Elvis' Blue Christmas is great.

For a song you may not think is really a holiday song, but really is a holiday song, I love Dan Fogelberg's "Same Auld Lang Syne"

Frosty The Snowman - Leon Redbone and Dr John

Nantucket Sleigh Ride- Mountain

This thing is starting to take shape. I'm going to play Dreidel, Dreidel, Dreidel for The Queen if she ever wakes up and get her take. And then duck.

I Farted On Santa's Lap is one all the kids in my family think is cool. Some of their parents agree, some fart in my general direction. I may include it again just for laughs.
Snoop Dogg's Night Before Christmas will not be making another appearance.

I can't help it that DDD is flat-out hysterical. It's probably one of the five funniest bites the boys have ever ground out.

Can you include "A Lonely Jew on Christmas?" I can't remember if you have before. But that song always makes me cry.

Dreidel, Dreidel, Dreidel just got vetoed. Along with Swiss Colony Beef Log.
Well, F dat. It's MY CD. It isn't The Queen's Holiday Mix.
I'll slip those tunes on the one's she gives her students.
