We have the Sunday New York Times delivered.

It wasn’t in our driveway this morning. I got an email that said it will be delivered tomorrow. The email said the reason for the delay is “logistics error.”

That’s a seemingly succinct, yet vague, term.

Next time someone asks me why I’m late to a meeting, I’ll just matter-of-factly mutter, “logistics error” and leave it at that.

The day delay doesn’t really bother me, I just like to hold newsprint in my tiny dinosaur hands.
