New Sports Chants

At my (FHC) Highschool Hockey State championship last tuesday, we played against an all boys private school (CBC). We had tons and tons of great chants. Last year CBC lost to Desmet in the state championship 6-5 in overtime. Well in this game we were up 7-3, so with 1 minute left all of our fans chant "Worst than last year, clap, clap, clap clap clap" 3 times. Then we got the "U wear purple" chant going. But the best one was probably when we sang, "If your winning and you know it clap your hands (clap, clap), If your winning and you know it clap your hands (clap, clap), If ur winning and you know it and u really wanna show it, if ur winning and u know it clap ur hands (clap, clap)." Then we said, "If your losing and you know it clap your hands (Thats You!), If your losing and you know it clap your hands (Thats You!), If ur losing and u know it, and u really wanna show it, If ur losing and u know it clap ur hands (That's You!)."

The reason i did that was because it said it hasn't been viewed over 160 days. So instead I made a new post. I called it new sports chants because there is a post called best sports chants. So I'm doing more of a follow-up on that.

I miss the old BU hockey "Clementine" bit after a penalty was called on us:

These days, the kids are lazy. They just add "BC sucks!" to everything, even if we're trailing UNH by two.

I was covering a hoops game several years ago at a conference tournament. One of the star players was a bit of a pretty boy and had long hair.

The opposing fans were chanting "(Player) is a faggot."

Then the player's drop-dead gorgeous girlfriend stood up and that team's fans started chanting, "That's his girlfriend."

Public school fans yelling all kind of nasty stuff to fans of private Christian school, which was winning. Christian school fans, when it was clear which way the game was going to go, started chaning, "drive home safe-ly clap clap clapclapclap." Made me smile.

Ya the Game before we were playing SLUH which is another Private school and well i don't if any of you know what chirping is but thats what we were doing. Well while u chirp you don't always use correct grammer so at the game they came out chanting, "Hooked on Phonix, Clap, Clap, Clap Clap Clap." So in return we started chanting, "Daddy's Princess, Clap, Clap, Clap Clap Clap."

I remember watching a Duke-NC State game years back and the Crazies were chanting, "We're smart, you're dumb."

It's awful, but I laughed.
