Shouldn't the name be the wife's decision, since it's her gift?

Just saying ...

Yes. That's why I said she'll ask - I want to offer her good suggestions. She picks.
She'll come up with zip on her own. You have to know her to understand. We'll give her 4-5 and she'll say what do you like best? It'll go on about an hour. I can't go into it empty handed.

Unique. We had Fibber and Molly (shelties) and then our labs Zinger and Zoe.

Whoops. Gotcha. How about Charlie?

Sambuca. Sam for short.
Rascall, cuz the dog looks kinda frisky.
Brownie or Mocha for the color.
Santos L. Halper.

Cute puppy.

How about "Hershee"? You know, it's a "her" and a "she" and looks just like a Hershey's kiss.

I'm being serious here.

Abby [/SesameStreet]

I'm a fan of Bella or Belle.

Not a fan of Hershey -- sorry.

This breaks your one rule, but how about Zim in honor of your favorite Nats 3B?

How about Rodney in honor of the mascot of the school that got you out of this crap biz?

Zim is the one Z name that will be considered. Or Teix, if he signs.

I'd recommend you have the dog for a couple of days before you decide on a name. The right one will come to you.

For some reason, the name Jenna can't escape my mind.
