What a joke.

They need to stick to having those $600 per plate chicken dinner functions. Them and their AARP group of members are so friggin irrelevant nowadays.
 
What the NAACP said was that Vick doesn't deserve a lifetime ban. From what I've read on this board, most are in agreement with that position.

What the NAACP should have realized that Goodell hasn't considered a lifetime ban from the NFL. It was hinted that it would be about 2 years or something to that effect. Wasted a presser to say that, when a release would have done wonders.

First, the line was about some unspeakable rush to judgment against Vick.
Now that he's going to plead guilty, the line is that he's not really that guilty but is just taking a fall.
He's black and famous. Therefore, any criticism of him is unjust. Amazing.
