Most underrated guitar solo

Has anyone mentioned Zappa's Watermelon in Easter Hay?

Also, Vito Bratta (of White Lion) is criminally underrated. So much better than his band deserved. The solo on Wait is an all-timer:

Vito Bratta was so ****ing good. As distinctive a sound as anyone created in that era. But he seemed to lack in self-confidence while possessing a ton of self-awareness, which is a bad combo for anyone but especially a semi-famous musician. He said he knew the hair metal era was ending and he was fine with not being a part of whatever was next. Then he wrecked his right wrist in a freak accident. And most importantly, he seems to be a pretty bright and fundamentally decent person who saved his money and decided that when his parents got older and started battling health problems, he'd rather stay home and take care of them than go out and play the county fairs.

Still have some hope he'll do something local with or without Mike Tramp, but it doesn't seem very likely.
