For the Mitch Albom haters....

My wife and I were playing 'Battle of the Sexes' the other night with her sister and her sister's boyfriend. One of the questions was something along the lines of "Which sports commentator wrote 'Tuesdays with Morrie'?" It was longer than that, but yes, sports commentator.

The answer?

Mitch Alborn.

Hope I've made your day, haters.

I don't understand the thread. "Mitch Albom" was the trivia answer as the author of a best-selling book, and this is somehow supposed to mean that every negative thing ever said about him here is now invalidated because of it?

Nice blanket statement. I'm supposed to be reticent about my take on Mitch Albom because you think you can label me a "hater"?

Troll somewhere else, eh?

I though the point was that the answer was spell A l b o r n, easily missed because rn looks a lot like m. That said it still seems inconsequential to me.

Ohhhhhh....I missed the misspelling.

It DOES look like Albom.

I'm still not sure about the point, but at least there's a twist there.

Very good! A-L-B-O-R-N. I guess I shoulda been clearer.

Someday, I hope to be good enough to have my name misspelled on a trivia card.

When will there be Wlat trivia?

YOU WANT IT! YOU GOT IT!

In 2001, Wlat lead Pitt to victories over what six teams to finish 7-5 after a 1-5 start and keep his job (unfortunately)?

"Haters" remains one of the key words used by apologists who live to defend the indefensible.
