Does anybody have any contact information for anyone at UFC that would handle press credentials? The UFC website is worthless. Thanks in advance.
You could try Greg Hendrick: ghendrick ( at ) ufc.com

Does anyone happen to have a media relations contact for the Champions Golf Tour?

Hello all.
I'm a new journalist from Israel who trying to contact the NBA in general and the Knicks specific.

Can I use the information here and sending an email directly to people which mentioned here? Will it be rude?
I'm new to this world and don't know the rules yet…
Also, if someone can provide me details for somebody at the NBA media Dep I’ll much appreciate that.

Thanks in advance

MLB Contacts 2013

It seems as if MLB as gotten even more difficult to find contact information this year. Each team is different and there doesn't seem to be a good listing anywhere. Does anyone have any new tricks/resources for MLB contacts?

Check a media guide or two after the teams send them out. Usually a list of either every team, every team in the league or every team that team plays during the season somewhere in those 400-odd pages.

Thanks Bobcat-

I was looking for the Giants specifically and couldn't pull out an email address in the 2012 version. MLB Press Box seems like a logical place for all of these to be listed (similar to the NBA), but that tool is pretty worthless when it comes to this topic - http://pressbox.mlb.com/pressbox_open/

On the right side of that page is a link that says: 2012 MLB Media Information Directory.

Download that file.

Every media relations person from every team (and lots of other baseball-related organizations) has their full contact information listed there.

The specific rule pertaining to the national anthem is found on pages A62-63 of the NFL League Rulebook. It states:
“The National Anthem must be played prior to every NFL game, and all players must be on the sideline for the National Anthem.
“During the National Anthem, players on the field and bench area should stand at attention, face the flag, hold helmets in their left hand, and refrain from talking. The home team should ensure that the American flag is in good condition...
...It should be pointed out to players and coaches that we continue to be judged by the public in this area of respect for the flag and our country. Failure to be on the field by the start of the National Anthem may result in discipline, such as fines, suspensions, and/or the forfeiture of draft choice(s) for violations of the above, including first offenses.”........
All the players that don't follow this rule should be fined and or suspended till they do it. It's pathetic on how much money they make and the act like freaking cry babies.
I know a lot of people in a lot of bars that refuses to watch the NFL anymore

No, it isn't. Pp. 62-3 covers Rule 14 (PENALTY ENFORCEMENT), Section 4 (SPOTS OF ENFORCEMENT).

This also doesn't belong on the Media Relations Contacts thread, so GTFO with this weak copy-and-paste crap.
