The Advocate seeks an LSU writer to cover baseball and football.
LSU’s baseball following is insane, and The Advocate, which won a Triple Crown and had two APSE No. 1 writing awards last year, has produced much APSE Top 10 work out of that coverage, from breaking news to special sections. This year’s team will again be a College World Series contender and should, as usual, lead the nation in attendance. You’ll take the lead on this.
LSU football is LSU football. You’ll tag-team on this. We will give you all the opportunity to shine that you need.
We’re looking for somebody who can handle digital, enterprise, FOIA, breaking news, all of it.
We’re ready to make a hire and want to move fast.
