As usual, things unclear at the start. Appears there was an accident near the Freedom Tower (site of WTC, right?) that led to shooting. Multiple casualties reported.

Most of us assumed it wasn't a terrorist attack since we now have a badass in the White House. ISIS has given up and we have nothing to worry about any more. After all, only he can stop this stuff.

NYPD would be daft not to treat it as a possible terror attack given what happened. But since the suspect is in custody, we'll all know the score quite soon, whatever really happened.
