Actually a bit old as it happened Monday, but didn't see this posted anywhere. Have run into him at a couple of University of Louisville and UK events, but don't know him:

Fox41 TV sports reporter John Lewis charged with DUI

A FOX41 sports reporter was arrested early Monday on a charge of driving under the influence.

John Lewis was seen by police leaving Joe’s Older Than Dirt bar in the 8100 block of New LaGrange Road and getting into a station SUV -- a Ford Escape with “FOX HD” emblazoned on the side, according to an arrest report."

Already sent my DVD with the line "I'll never embarrass your newsroom" in the final paragraph...

I will never, EVER understand how an on-air person doesn't call a cab when they are even close to being impared. You cannot hide this stuff in 2011.
