I watched the video you linked, hondo. No suggestion of a lawsuit.

Not that I would be at all surprised to find out a suit is coming.

While I agree this girl should have been paying far more attention to her surroundings - there's no excuse for the city's environmental department to be flushing a sewer and not having an uncovered manhole cordoned off.

Unfortunately, the city has left itself, and not just the manhole, wide open here.
