OK, so circumstances have led me to begin scouring craigslist's job site. As I was perusing today, an ad for a topless female bartender caught my eye. Questions: So this is a legit way to find a woman to bartend topless? And this is legal? The ad:

Topless Female Bartender needed for friend's going away party. The party will consist of wealthy St.Louis area businessmen, and a few select female's. Looking for HWP female that doesn't mind mixing and serving drink's topless nothing more nothing less. Pay is quite well $500 for the 5 hrs and tips will meet or exceed that amount. Must be not only attractive but a good bartender.
