Just when he thought he was done, the Evil Empire brings him back.

It's a "Raiders Resurrection."

Honest. I was looking for a photo of Whitlock at Ball State to match Ledbetter's SI cover.
But I think this works much more betterer...

Somewhere, Jason Whitlock is writing a column to let the world know he blocked for George in his glory days.
Get out. Jason Whitlock blocked for Jeff George? I've never read anything from Jason about that.

Oh yeah. He brings it up whenever he gets a chance to show his former teammate some love. But given that the Chiefs' season is about to start, Whitlock might be too busy working his corners to name-drop George these days.

Don Hollas.
Steve Beurlein.
Vince Young.
Jim Plunkett.

That's got to be the worst porn stache ever.

It's to porn staches what Whitlock's pimp daddy suit is to suits.

That's no pornstache, that's a circa 1989 Hoosierstache. At least 50 percent of the male Indiana population had them, rocking out to Henry Lee Summer whilst listening to Bob & Tom. Quite the existence.

I was an ungodly dork who was kryptonite to ***** back then, but at least I can claim to have never had one of those.

On another note, those ads links are cool if they pay Webby's bills. I did it humorous that I could "shop Earl Morrall" though.

Better yet: I could go on line to find soldout Packers tickets. AND (as a cheesehead, you'll love this) It led me to merchandise for Donald Driver but not Brett Favre..

Donald Driver is a nice man. When I had to put my Packer fanboyness aside to cover the team, he was a pleasant interview. A serviceable receiver, the Terence Mathis of the 00s.

But I can't think of one reason why I'd want one shred of paraphenelia from him.
