iPod Question

Alright. I got an iPod Nano for X-Mas and I downloaded Apple iTunes which works compatible with the iPod. Several months ago, my laptop went to hell and I lost all my music I had uploaded. Does anyone know if there is a program you can download or something that you can upload music from your iPod onto your iTunes library while not erasing all the music from your iPod? I did that once and had to upload all 1,000+ songs I had. Not fun.

Works like a charm. I got a new laptop and uploaded a filled 30GB iPod with that program in something like two hours.

How do you use that? I tried opening it and my computer didn't recognize an appropriate program to open it with.

EDIT: Ah, that program only works for Mac.
