Music Coordinator/Keyboardist - Cleveland Indians (Cleveland, OH)
The Cleveland Indians are scouting for a Music Coordinator/Keyboardist to create play lists of songs for pre-game, in-game and post-game entertainment. Main function is to run audio computer and play keyboard during breaks in action. The music selections should also enhance the overall atmosphere in the Ballpark.
This individual will perform “Take Me Out to the Ballgame†live during 7th inning to sponsor video on keyboard. Music Coordinator will be responsible for showing good judgment and taste in music selection.
The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in all types of music, I-Tunes, Napster, Windows Media Player and Click Effects. Previous experience or exposure to public performances is preferred for this position. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is also essential to this position.
The person chosen for this position must have a genuine interest in sports and entertainment, especially in the game of baseball. Individuals also must be able to work 90% of all home games, have an in-depth knowledge of baseball and be able to sit for an entire shift. Shift will begin up to 3 (three) hours before game time. The hourly rate for this part-time, seasonal position is $22.50.
