The world's heaviest man is tying the knot.

Manuel Uribe says he will marry his girlfriend, Claudia Solis, on Oct. 26 in Monterrey, Mexico. They met four years ago, and since then he's lost 550 pounds. Two years ago he entered the Guinness Book of World Records at 1,230 pounds.

Uribe, 43, cannot walk, and must be towed through the streets on his specially made bed.
