Dr. Carter loses one last patient and the deceased man's son, Mandy Patinkin storms the ER with a foil, screaming how they "killed his father, prepare to die!"
 
Anthony Edwards' character comes back and exacts revenge on all the living.
 
Oh, and I can tell you with certainty how last night's ER ended....my trip to the ER that is. Staph infection. Dammit!
 
BTW, did anybody watch the series finale of "Life on Mars"? I can't decide whether I liked it or not. It certainly validated the name of the series. But I felt kinda cheated out of seeing Sam restored to 2008.

In the BBC1 version of Life On Mars, the main character had a brain tumor, wakes from his long coma, finds life in 2007 to be quite lacking and leaps joyfully from the roof of the police station into an afterlife back in the 70s. At least the American production had a happier ending.

I saw it. I didn't realize this was going to be a short-run show but I guess that plotline couldn't have a real long life anyway.
