I just got an e-mail forward from my brother-in-law with a PDF making fun of mullets in all of their wonderful subclasses. It seemed to be heavily influenced by MulletsGalore.com, understandably.

Then I come to the last page, a sort of send-off of 15 class photos - all with mullets.

I'm looking at it... hey, that guy looks familiar. That one too. And him!

DEAR MOTHER OF GOD. THEY ARE ALL TAKEN FROM MY ALMA MATER'S YEARBOOK.

All those guys were a year ahead of me.

I am paralyzed by shame, but somehow I'm able to type.

I've let my hair get pretty long in the last 8 months and whenever I get around to cutting it I am thinking of sporting a mullet for a day.

Of course, I'm not sure if there is a point since there are a lot of folks in my area that wear mullets as a fashion statement.

I saw a fabulous one riding some schmuck around my city a couple weeks ago: Long, gray and a perfect shape. It was glorious. If I wasn't fighting traffic, I'd have grabbed a picture on my cell.

I rocked the mullet in HS. I'm not very proud of it, but hey, it was the late '80s and early '90s. It's cringe-inducing stuff seeing those HS picture day pics still displayed all over my parents' house. Shudder.
