"We've been through this countless times, but I don't think conservatism is going to dwindle off into the twilight and be invisible at midnight and never return. This is what people were saying in 1976 when Reagan lost to Ford, and Ford lost to Carter. Those were dark days, folks! But then along came Jimmy Carter. (Malaise Speech) You can always count on the Democrats, at some point, to revive conservatism in this country by being who they are -- and who they are is very liberal as we all know. The normal ebb and flow and cyclical nature of politics is obvious. It's just so damn frustrating to have made such progress in 1994 and it happened here again what happened then. Two years after '94, the conservatives made the mistake of thinking that the country had become conservative, and they stopped being ideological, and they stopped teaching. They stopped leading a movement and began what they began. It happened here again. The assumption that: "Okay, conservatism is in power now. The people like who we are. They like who we are. Stop teaching."

"You can never stop teaching."

Asshole. You couldn't have possibly read the son of a bitching post that quick. Just the mere mention of him, or Hannity, or O'Reilly, or Scarborough, and you go cawing.

Just the possibility that anyone takes him seriously is enough to prove that we shouldn't take you seriously.

Not that anyone has.

Unlike you, sleep apnea, we have brains.

I timed myself reading this. It took me 44 seconds. That leaves plenty of time (since I type fast) to tell you that you are a gasbag. And still get it typed faster than BYH responded.

First time anyone's ever defended me against charges I fired too quick. :D :D :D

Never, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever admit to firing too quick in public.
As a fellow male, I'm ashamed for you.

Yawn, I'm with you on a lot of things ... but please, don't bring Rush into it.

Yawn: Let me explain something...

A lot of people here write the newspaper...

Rush Limbaugh reads the newspaper...

Comprendes?

Speaking of writing the newspaper, how long before we get from the press what we got after Clinton won in '92: Hey, the economy wasn't as bad as we thought it was! Boy, are we ever sorry for "misleading" people.

Yeah, right.

Hey, gotta call it like I see it. Don't worry, it probably won't be the last time.

I'm from probably the most conservative area of Indiana, which I hear is one of the most conservative in the country. The incumbent since 1994 only won 54-46. Anyways...

The local radio station is all right-wing talk. There is no left-wing or progressive talk on any radio stations. I think it does a disservice to the public interest by not having balance. But whatever. Anyways (again)...

ESPN radio went to commerical so I switched it over to hear Hanninazi's crying. It was funny. He was justifying all the close races as republicans still having a lot of support and the democrats' victories weren't as impressive as everyone was/is making them out to be. Blah blah. Excuses. It was only a 2-minute clip but that was enough for me. His hatespeak is garbage.

But hey at least he wasn't as somber as all of the Fox News douchebags and President Touched by an Angel today. Did anyone see these guys? Talk about being glum. They all acted like their dog had just been hit by a car.

Guess it makes up for the giddiness I saw on CNN and MSNBC all day.

I thought MSNBC was worse. You'll get that from Matthews and Olby. Norah Hot O'Donnell was smiley but I think she was jacked up cause it's election season. She's all about that sheeit. CNN was fine.

I think it's funny.

The whole idea that America has two disparate parties is great. Limbaugh desperately wants to paint that picture, but it ain't the truth.
